The pass through tubes for the 5.9L Cummins common rail engine are the fuel tubes that screw through the cylinder head into the injector fuel inlet. The fuel lines from the fuel rail then connect to these tubes. Occassionally, if they are not replaced, they will leak high pressure fuel and cause starting problems.
