This is a high pressure oil pump for the 98-99.5 F & E Series Fords with the 7.3L Powerstroke engine. The pump includes mounting gasket.  It is manufactured by Bosch and sold on an exchange basis. This requires that the old high pressure pump core must be returned. CORE CHARGE: You will be assessed a core charge at the time of purchase.
